I'm logging this entry per suggestion from this site when I first logged in. What brings me here is an irritating virus that has me trying everything. I'm hoping to find some help here. I have a number of "issues" with the sick computer but I'm on this forum to discover why "ComboFix" might not execute. Incidentally I'm unable to get MalWareBytes to execute either.

In fact, I can not even access the website www.bleepingcomputer.com from the sick computer. The browser reports, "The page cannot be displayed." I can access the plural of that link as in www.bleepingcomputers.com but there's not much help there.

I'll be chattin' with y'all.

Welcome to BC!
Please post specifics about the problem in the AM I INFECTED? Forum, since it appears that is the cause of your problems. I am sure our Members can help you.
Regards,
John

Many thanks, I was looking for the best forum to read about "ComboFix." I'll try your suggestion.
