hi all, hope someone can help me. i have this dreadfully irritating virus or trojan, i think it's come from a fake windows update. it has hijacked explorer and firefox so that when i try to go to a webite, it takes me to another page, or when i try and open another prgramme on pc, it crashes. i've run avg and firefox which keep saying they've found and quaranteed trojans and worms but it's still on my pc, and i can barely use it now. tried also to uninstall explorer but its not having that either :-( any suggestions please?
