when i look at wonderful bleepingcomputer.com file database, its says 108,...bytes but when i look at my properties of the file itself on my computer, it says 272,040bytes.

The 272 is correct. The 108 is from Windows XP, it says so in the database. I myself, have Vista, and mine is 272KB as well. You have nothing to be concerned about.
Who said I couldn't have everything?
