i've recently caught some pretty nasty viruses and spyware, first i had xp shield got rid of that, but no matter how many scans i do with anti spyware and virus i cant get rid of everything. recently my browsers firefox and ie have been hi jacked by some site abcjmp which redirects me all the time.

Just wondering what the best thing to do is, as ive updated all my anti spyware and virus and ran them with the net turned off. Thinking about just formating the whole thing as nothing seems to fix it, any ideas?
