For a while now if I use Live search or go to Yahoo.com or ask.com and do a search it gives me all shopping/ads sites instead of the true search, even if it looks like the correct website...it still redirects me to an advertisement site. Sometimes if I press the back button the true site will come up. I use IE7. Google.com works fine and that is what I have been using. Also for a while my cd tray has been opening and closing constantly, most of the time I just have to hold it in the open position so it will stop. My internet is very slow and sometimes stops responding and I have a very difficult time closing programs and the internet (end task a million times). Most of my online ads on the webpages I am veiwing are Vimax pills, (shock her, add inches to your bleep). Sorry, I just want to give you all the symptoms I can think of. The only virus listed in my Norton 360 log is trojan.byteverify from Oct 08 in quarantine. I have followed the "start here" from your website and am ready for some help!!! Thanks I hope I provided you with enough info to help me thanks.
