Unnecessary installed softwares in my add remove programs and I can not remove them as there is no remove button. I read instructions before posting my thread. here is the my labtop log files

Sorry for the delay. Those add remove entries that start with m, are part of the Intel drivers and shouldn't be removed.

The others, I find strange. I do not think this is malicious, but some other issue.

So if you click on the Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003 entry, it does not give you a remove or change option?

Something must have gotten corrupted here. Can you try reinstalling some of these apps and then seeing you if can remove them after the reinstall?

There are lot of things that are unnecessary in my control panel and sometime when am going to close my labtop I am seeing red cross sign on the Zone Alarm
