i am new to posting on forums, i am seeking help for my computer, any sugestions?

Which forum you post in really depends on the kinds of problems you are having. If you think you may have a virus or other malware, the best place is to post in the AM I INFECTED? Forum; if the problem seems to be limited to one particular application (your browser or your word processer, for example) then one of the application forums would be best. Since Moderators will move any post to a better forum, based on long experience, the best thing to do is to completely describe the problem as best you can so they can move it if necessary, or other Members can ask pertinent questions to clarify the causes.
