Hey there guys, I have a problem with my computer as i have sound from my computer monitor but none from my speakers through a connection such as "reciever/amp to computer". The amp has a dedicated USB channel. I have gone USB from amp to USB to computer.I have checked the amp and it is fine as i am getting sound from other sources. Example is that when i use itunes or dvds through my computer i get no sound from my speakers which is a 7.1 setup.Any help would be greatly recieved as i am racking my brain trying to fix this problem.I have had it running before for quite some time and it has been working fine up until now.Regards Grassy

Most likely if the amp plugs in via usb it is installing as a secondary sound device, go to control panel, then sounds and audio devices, then sound tab, hit the sound playback dropdown box and see what options you have there
