I am having a bit of trouble with a virus that seemingly wont go away. i would normally sort this problem out myself but any professional help is needed. The problem is that no matter what i search in google the first page of results are always the same. They are either soem random website or advertisement for Antivirus 2009 which i have dealt with before. The weird thing is that the second page of results is fine with nothing not related. I have run spybot many times and it is now not finding a thing aswell as malwarebytes and super anti-spyware. I have hijackthis on my computer but have no idea what its results mean so help with that would be nice.

attached is a hijackthis log file
