One of my computers, that I found in a container in the ministry of defense..., this is not a joke, I actually cleared it with the people working there, and it was ok.

I wanted to change hard disk. What happened then was that the computer does not find the hard disk. When I use the old one it does not allow me to enter administrator rights. i have tried to start the computer on XP disc no luck.

Anyone with skills?

Is the BIOS set to allow booting from a CD?
The power of accurate observation is commonly called cynicism by those who haven't got it.
