One of the attorneys here has a laptop and on 3 different occasions the screen has gone white and the computer has to be turned off and on again. when it happens he is not actively using the computer but has been using it earlier. This is a fairly new HP 6320 laptop. I am not sure what information you need to help but let me know and I will provide whatever I can. Thanks to anyone who has a suggestion.

I'm not sure just what fairly new means, but if it's still under warranty they should have it repaired by a qualified repair station for that computer. If it's not under warranty then we can see what we can do to solve this.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
