Hi All

So here's the problem. My boss had this old inspiron 9300 sitting around after there was coffee poored on it. We had dell come out ( still under warranty WoW ) and they replace the mother broad, video card, power supply, and just about everthing else in it. We put in the recovery disk that I burned right from it. It did what she wanted removing all personal info. The system is stable. Now I wanted to put the rest of my info in it but when it comes to clearing all the rest of her info out of it I can't get Xp to let me. All the other systems I have done. When you put in the OS it lets you rereigster all your info ( ie: name address and so on). Is there a trick with dell that you have to do or what. anything would help. this system is over 5yrs old if that helps anyone.

Thanks for any help you can offer.

PS I'm trying not to have to buy a OS system. I like Xp pro.
