I recently had a new computer built and it is running Vista Home Premium 64bit. Most of the programs run fine with no problems at all except some of the following:

1. Google Chrome/IE7/Firefox - Some sites I run into, the program will suddenly stop working. It would state that it ran into a problem, it'll try to fix then just shut the program down and restart the program. This isn't really a big problem for me but it does get a tad annoying.

2. I play Counter-Strike and again most of the time it runs fine with no problems what-so-ever. But every rare occasion the game would freeze up then, (I can't really explain or show a screen shot because the whole computer freeze's up) I get a puzzled screen showing the last image displayed though in two color patterns only, pink and black. I couldn't Ctrl-Alt-Del to close the program or anything. After about 10-15 seconds of the event said before, the monitor runs into power-save mode. The only way I'm accustomed to fix this problem is to manually shutting down the computer and restarting it. I couldn't tell if this was a Vista problem or something else. -- Currently running the updated drivers for my video card, 9800GTX+ and etc.

3. Lastly, I have a problem installing VAC (Virtual Audio Cable). Something about that I have to run a Test mode, but I can't really find it, so if anyone with Vista 64bit that has this working properly; help would be greatly appreciated.

It would be greatly appreciated for the help in anyway. If it was posted in the wrong section, I apologize for that.
