i keep getting a blue screen error that lasts for a couple of seconds and my laptop restarts.

in the couple of seconds, i managed to figure out a file named 'p0620vid.sys' from the screen. This has happened about 4 or 5 times in the past week. I have also noted that it happens only when I try to start my video on skype using my creative webcam.

does anyone know how i can fix this problem?

i am using genuine windows xp professional sp3 on my lenovo t60 laptop. i am not too sure about my webcam model.

thank you in advance.

The p0620vid.sys error pertains to the video streaming and capture device driver for your Creative web cam. Did this web cam come with a CD for the drivers? If so I would uninstall the drivers and reinstall them.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
