When attempting to print spreadsheets from Msft Word I get msg "no default printer selected.Use Windows control panel to specify your printer". I have been helped by Sneakycyber, who suggested downloading Patch 4.0, but download won't work, as I get a message "your download will begin in a moment; if it doesn't, CLICK HERE". Clicking brings up a screen "web page cannot be found". I can print documents from Word, just not spreadsheets.

I am using XP, version 2002 with Service Pack 3; Works version 08.04.0623. I reinstalled Works but problem continued.

Would appreciate any additional suggestions--thanks.
