grateful of any help

heather

Sorry I am trying again I am not very IT literate and have had to move to friends computer because jimbutt is causing so many problems on my own computer. I never managed to send the log file before since I was in such a panic before Jimbutt reappeared! Hopefully this time I can copy the log file okay.

I have run spybot and adaware as prompted by yourselves, here goes with the error log:-
