I'm toying with the idea of getting enough computer capacity to use my computer for a computer,a Skype phone, two channel audio, and HD television.

I will need a better power supply.

Right now,the one I have a REALLY loud fan. Yes,it moves air well.

The descriptions of new ones sometimes list decibel ratings, sometimes say they are quiet, and sometimes say they have ball bearing seats for the armatures.

What brands of fans should I search for good fans, that move a lot of air,are about 450-500 watts, that are quiet enough to not get in the way of soft audio?

Thank you.

personally, I use a coolermaster 750 watt psu. it comes with like a 130 mm fan and its incredibly quiet. granted, nearly every other fan in my system sounds like a jet engine, but the PSU itself runs very quiet. Personally, as far as PSUs, I would recomend using Antec, coolermaster, corsair, or OCZ power supplies. they make good products, and generally are pretty quiet.
