windows update

help im trying to upgrade but i cant download any thing from windows update website. the page is done but it is blank. i tried to email microsoft but i cant do that either.

try this url
http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp
And when it asks for active x control verification just run them.

and you dont need to go to that site to get your updates.

Go:

control panel>>Automatic Updates>>make sure and select the automatic button>>Then choose a time for it to downoad and install the updates, and then click ok.

Your system will then automatically download and install any updates from microsoft.

i have automatic updates on but im trying to get service pack 2 and cant seem to get the download screen

If youve just recently reformatted then yull have to wait the necessary time before they can just send it to you.

If youve had your pc for a while and still havent got sp2 go to the url specified above and they will give you some suggestions on how to get it..

In the end it just takes patience.
