Hello I am new to Bleeping Computer but have appreciated the advice on
removal of mediaacess from a friends Pc running XP. However we are puzzled
by the fact that in (step 7 of instructions) we check the media access processes
entries, run fix - nothing then happens we get no message to reboot. We notice
mediaaccess processes running but are unable to kill then they seem to
spawn after attempted delete.
We have killed off IE and are not connected to an ISP Your help would be appreciated. regards ajpolk
