Hi, I could really use somebody's help!! I hope I am posting in the right place - I tried looking around in here, but my pages keep freezing up, so I will be lucky if I can even get this post in! Anyway, my PC was just fine and has been for a long time. Several days ago, my brower started hanging up .. so much so it was worse than dial up. At first, I thought I just needed to clear everything out and restart .. but no luck, the slowness was here to stay. I uninstalled Explorer and reinstalled it. I did all kinds of virus scans, defrags, analyzers .. nothing is helping. A friend told me to try something called MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware .. the problem with that is it won't run all the way through .. it keeps getting stuck half way through, and won't finish. I am at the end of my rope, I can't stand this .. I can't get my work done!! Any help would be most appreciated!! Thanks.

Make sure you are using the quick scan not the full one with MBAM

Make sure it's updated also

Now try a reboot and shut down whatever you can from the task bar and around the clock

Posting some logs will help us to reccomend ways to clean your computer

No. Try not. Do... or do not. There is no try.
