When i hit ctrl+alt+delete no matter when a blue blank screen comes up and i have to restart or it will stay on that screen forver. I formatted recently because i was having major issues with the computer but none as bad as it is now. Any comments would be great i appreciate it thanks!

Well you haven't said which operating system you are using, Win95/98/ME. If its anything else then you've posted in the wrong forum.

How long have you had this problem? Will it start ok in Safe Mode? If its Win98/ME then keep the CTRL key pressed while its starting up until you see the DOS menu then select Safe Mode and enter.

i think your computer is infected by some virus or spy ware . you have to scan your computer by using good anti virus software and spyware removal tools.

for spyware you can use malwarebytes software and superantivirus software , it is easily available on net free
