While I was sleeping last night my computer started to make random noises. I heard people talking/singing, I heard random scratches, or odd little noises. I was half awake and could not make them out. But they where loud enough to make me turn off the computer. I then head out to work. But my roomie gets on and doesn't have a problem, but he leaves the computer on and it starts to scream and make more random noises. He came in and turned off the speakers.
Well I got home from work and use windows defender and AVG; they identified it as a trojan horse generic 12 (bune<---edit found the correct name of virus). It showed about 4 or 5 of them in a file called userinit.exe in system 32 in my c drive (which happens to be a very important file). Well I ran avg and it could not do anything. I ran windows defender and I think it got rid of one. I then downloaded stinger and it helped. But I keep getting the warning from windows defender of a virus. I am running malwarebytes anti malware and it can not find the remaining files.
The random sounds have stopped I hope. But I'm not sure that all the trojans are gone. I've googled everywhere and could not find this virus name anywhere. But when I restart my computer it promptly warns me of the virus. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I want to get rid of these remaining trojans and make sure they don't come back.
Ps: If the computer starts to make these random noises again I will make sure to update the thread to keep you informed.
