I recently built a new system and went with new parts for everything except the sound card, SB Audigy 4. I am using Vista Ultimate 64-bit and can't seem to get the "What you hear" option functioning correctly for recording. I have search online for different options but nothing has seemed to work. I can see the option for "What you hear" in the recording options and it does say it's enabled. For some reason it says "Currently unavailable" and I don't know what to do to make it available.

I also have the option in Ventrilo for "What you hear" but when it's selected instead of my mic, I get no sound to transmit through the server. When I get home I will get some screenshots uploaded to give you guys some examples of what I am seeing.
