I’m airin, computer novice extraordinaire!
Good & bad:
The company I just got hired on with as the purchasing manager, no worries, but the entire office team is/are “boomers” – all well and good, but unfortunately, they are re-enforcing that stereo type of “new-tech adverse” – that’s not so bad, until they came into my office the other day, and said “…we’ve got a great job, that you’ll be PERFECT at…”

Computer Guy is born – fortunately we do have a very experienced IT tech that I’m in constant contact with, and I’ve only really had to find printers on the server, or update drivers, and similar “simpler” tasks, mostly a lot of trouble shooting, but one of the first questions that I had, led me here, and since, I’ve searched these forums for the goldmine of info! So to the creators, moderators, and all of us with a thirst for knowledge, HI! Thanks for sharing, and helping, but mostly thanks for your patience!!
