Hi all!

I have just been browsing the forum adter searching online for some help with some malware my computer has picked up and I can't seem to shift.

Looking through the other topics I have revealed some great information which I am definately going to apply once I get my computer back up and running again.

I was just telling my friend how I had never had a virus or malware on my computer since I built it about 4 years ago... the next week I get infected! Sods law but hopefully some intelligent chap (or chappess) here will be able to help me

Thanks for the welcome Weatherman.

I was just wondering if you knew approximately how long it would normally take for someone to answer a help thread that I created? I posted it on Saturday the 21st and it has already slipped to the bottom of page 17 of the HijackThis Logs and Virus/Trojan/Spyware/Malware Removal forum - is this usual or has my lonely plea for help slipped into obscurity?

How to subscribe to a thread so it doesn't get lost:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/33013/how-to-subscribe-to-an-existing-topic-so-you-are-notified-when-there-are-replies/

They are very busy, so please be patient. If you haven't had a response after 5 days, you can post a link to your log here:

Good luck

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
