Not too crash hot on techie stuff, and live in a tiny corner of the Australian Outback so really appreciate being able to access on-line help as well as the chance to communicate with others who are (maybe) tearing their hair out in frustration.

Thanks bleepingcomputer, for the opportunity. (not sure if I have gone about this posting correctly??? .... told you I wasn't too hot on this sort of thing!!)
