Win32:trojano-1156 -- pop-ups

Avast program informs me that I am infected with Win32:Trojano-1165. When I turn off Avast, I get lots of pop-ups. I have already tried Vundofix and VirtumundoBeGone, but they did not detect any virus.

When I first open IE, my homepage opens up fine. When I try to go to another page, many times nothing happens (i.e. the new page doesn't load). Some pages open up OK while certain others do not. Below is my DDS text file:

I tried Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware which identified it as Vundo. That seems to have done the trick. If I have future problems, I will post here. Thanks for all the info (and software) you provide at this site.
