error code 800F0900 when i try to update

Right, so when i try to update things via Windows Update i always get the error 800F0900.
I now have backlog of important updates that need to be downloaded, yet i can find no way to get them to download. :/
Google comes up with nothing...

Sorry if there isnt enough info, but im not really very good with stuff like this, any help will at all will be useful.

I have heard that updating your printer drivers (SP1 primarily) will keep the updates from not working.

Here is an article on the Microsoft KB about installing the updates manually.
