down loaded norton virus scan it scanned said i had a bloodhound virus so i clicked to delete and it wouldnt .said it could not delete file .so i went to hijackthis and did a scan now what do i do next ?which boxes should i check off?the problems with my computer are i can not adjust the screen its huge i cant not restore the computer when i click on it its just blank .i have sbc yahoo and i cant sign on to the browser its just blank .can someone help me please.oh yeah i keep getting this messeage saying critical system errors download repair from www fix-comp.com ...failure to act may lead to system failure

You have taken the first step all by yourself by submitting a log to our great team of volunteers, who will be able to help you with most of your problems, if not all.
After completing the log review process, if you still have problems, please post these in the appropriate forums, with one post per problem.
