Help. When I restart my computer or turn it on after it's been off, the screen loads up way too large, ie, icons, system tray, etc. If I continue to reboot several times it eventually boots up right. Any suggestions as to what is causing this or what I can do to fix problem.

Go easy on me, guys. This is my first post. Thanks in advance.

Hello. I don't really get it. It boots too large? Can you paste a screen shot? This is not the screen resolution right? Did you scan for malware/spyware/antivirus already? And go to Start/Run and type msconfig and go to the Start Up and please check if something is starting that should not be starting. If that does not help, check in the Services disable all services which are not from microsoft, if that does not help enable everything again.

Your video driver is probably corrupt and you need to reinstall it. What is the make and model of the computer?

You have 4 choices, so we're going to have to be more specific. On the back of the tower, underneath a barcode is a service tag number.
Can you post that please

That's not it. It should say Service tag and be 6 to 7 digits
Let's try something else and see if we can narrow it down. Go to your Device Manager and click on the + by Display Adapters. Then right-click on that and select Properties. Click on the driver tab and see what it says for provider

Yipee! Thanks for your time and patience. This worked like a charm. Now if I can ask another question. A site called Bonjour Service keeps trying to access my computer per ZoneAlarm. What is this and should I allow it? So far I have denied them access.

Looks like this has something to do with iTunes.
