I have Google searched and found many scripts on how to do this however I am not sure how to implement them in my Page. I am pretty much a newborn when it comes to HTML. My exp includes WYSIWYG drag and drop. I do have Adobe CS2 Go live but I don't have the book for it yet. Currently I am using NVU to write my page. Its a tutorial for BC.
This is the script I have. I do not have the perma link for the Tutorail yet since I havent uploaded it yet. I do understand how to edit the tag once I know where and how to insert it.

<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" xml:lang="en" lang="en">
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" />
<title>BOOKMARK & HOMEPAGE</title>

<script language="JavaScript1.2" type="text/javascript">
function CreateBookmarkLink() {
title = "Men's Health Information, Including Fitness, Nutrition, Weight Loss, Working Out & Sex";
url = "http://www.mens-health.com/";
if (window.sidebar) {
// Mozilla Firefox Bookmark
window.sidebar.addPanel(title, url,"");
} else if( window.external ) {
// IE Favorite
alert("YES IE");
window.external.AddFavorite( url, title);
else if(window.opera && window.print) {
// Opera Hotlist
return true; }

<body bgcolor="#ffffff">
<a href="java script:CreateBookmarkLink();">Add to Favorites</a>
<a href="#" onClick="this.style.behavior='url(#default#homepage)'; this.setHomePage('http://www.google.com');">Set homepage </a>

NVU allows me to Hand enter an HTML tag then insert it into the WYSIWYG editor. Which I have done with a few scripts but there not working correctly. I did get a JAVA script to work that pops up the print window to print the page.

Thanks for your help

Edit: Here is a link to where I found the sript
