Hi,
I use win xp and have 2 problems:
Prob #1- Due to the high probability that a virus is hiding deep in my registry, my keyboard locks up in SAFE MODE, I can not type anything or copy and paste. ( Smitfraudfix does not work either ).
Prob #2- I can not access my SYSTEM RESTORE's settings.
I have tried almost everything there is to do, except that if I run a HiJackThis log, I do not know which files to delete to get rid of the virus.
Can anyone help? Any helpful advice will be appreciated too. Thank you. Matt K

The data contained in a HJT log requires some specialised knowledge to interpret correctly and then take action upon. Our volunteer team of trained experts can help you.
