Dell's have a proprietary power supply that has an adapter that connects to the motherboard that is specific to Dell. If you don't get the power supply from Dell, you will need to purchase an adapter to allow you to connect the standard power supply. Any 350+ watt power supply will do.

How many watts is the one you have now?

There should be a label that is visible at the top of the back of the computer.
