I am having some problems with XP Home on my dell 3000 inspirion desktop. My desktop is hooked up to 2 external monitors and I use Toshiba dynadock software to extend my desktop. A few weeks ago I left my computer on overnight and when i woke up the next morning I had a bunch of new software that was had been installed on my computer. Some of the software that i couldnt remove (even though I am the administer acct. on my computer) included Microsoft SQL 2003, a file shredding program, and a bunch of updates and fixes for the SQL program from microsoft. I didnt know what it was so I just left it, but everytime I went on the internet my main screen begin to shake. At first it was quite subtle and not that noticable but as time progressed it got worse and worse. To try and make the shaking stop I stored all my information on my External HD and reformatted my computer. However The shaking has not stopped and there seem to be more problems. Now when I am online the shaking will start but it goes away if I unplug my internet connection. Furthermore, I have all these microsoft add-ons that installed with the Microsoft XP software including, MSAgent (agent.svr), WMSysPr.pr9, _default.pif, SET3.tmp- SET25.tmp, Slrundll.exe & TASKMAN,EXE. I also have a bunch of folders that are installed which I dont recognize including; explorer.scf, I2schemas, Ehome, Peernet, Prefetch, SHELLNEW, ime, mui, msfeeds.mof, srchasst, etc.etc.. and a bunch more. Im sure some of these are norma but the windows folder is much more full then its ever been and alot of the files My computer doesnt even recognize, (b/c if I click on it its asks me what program to open the file with or if id like to use the web to find a program to open it) If these programs installed with windows should it not recognize them?. Moreover, I dont have permissions to change some of my registry keys and My wireless keyboard and mouse will just freeze when im online and I have waited for an hour b4 but nothing happens so I just end up shutting my computer off manually and starting it back up again. I reallly need my computer to work normally b/c its more or less my life, some help would be greatly appreciated. I have posted a Hijack this log below.
Thank you very much,
DW
