People always said that Firefox was the best browser compared to IE but since installing Firefox, I have found nothing but problems with it especially after a new update.

Firefox won't save any of my new bookmarks anymore.

Firefox's back or forward button doesn't function for me anymore so I'm stuck with using backspace to go backwards.

Should I just uninstall and reinstall?

Would my bookmarks still be saved and installed after reinstalling?

Also, java flash has never worked for me on Firefox.

I use ZoneAlarm not Norton 360 though.

Also, I get the blue screen whenever I close my Firefox browser and accept to clear cookies.

Issues only occur on user account but not admin.

Oh...Hmm......well, you should write down the code that appears on the blue screen of death and post it, so we can figure out what is causing it.
Btw, you can use MozBackup to save your Bookmarks and stuff, and then upload them to the different user if nothing else works.

Correction, it does happen on Admin as well and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still no fix.

It says:

Stop:

I have never disabled ZA for security reasons but I don't think that would be an issue.

Disabling ZA does nothing either.

I have zero it down to the cookies because the error only happens when I choose to clear the cookies. I can clear offline data fine and everything else but when I select clear cookies then it crashes.

So how am I suppose to clear my cookies now?

Sometimes the back and forward arrows on FF don't work because of incompatibilities with other add-ons. I have found that they come and go. You should still be able to navigate from page to page, but you will have to experiment a little.

What other FF features or updates did you download recently?

Also check your java settings and anti-java program settings.

Well after my second attempt at uninstalling and reinstalling, I actually deleted the Mozilla folder in the program folder files and the user Mozilla folder files in the documents and settings one after uninstalling. I reinstalled FF and the back button and the bookmarking are working now but the system still crashes when I allow it to clear cookies.

At the moment, there are no add ons and it still crashes but before I had NoScript and CallingID and something else but I forgot what it's called.
