Hi I would like to introduce myself to everyone,, I am Chaz,, Am 39-40 soon,, live in Scotland
I am quite a novice at computers but can follow instruction and understand the essentials,

I am not sure what you mean by oriented, but permit me to direct you to the Welcome Guide, which covers the mechanics of using the board:

You will find many useful articles in the Tutorial Section (tabbed above). Taking some time to read the descriptions of the various forums will also help you locate information about specific areas (pay particular attention to the pinned posts at the top of many forums), or guide you in posting a particular question.
