This software shows up on my computer, it's basically showing fake viruses to get me to buy their program. I googled it to see how I could remove it and I followed instructions I found: I used an updated version of Malwarebytes for a complete scan on safe mode, and it found nothing. I restarted the computer and it's still there, popping up every 2 minutes to show the fake infections. Please help, it's driving me crazy :thumbup2:

hi,

Your log is several days old. If you still need help:

Do you use a proxy server to access the internet?

Update and do a full scan with MBAM and post the log:

Once the program has loaded check for updates first then select Perform FULL SCAN, then click Scan.

* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.

*** Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.***

* When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location. The log can also be opened by going to Start > All Programs > Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware > Logs > log-date.txt

please post the MBAM log in reply

How Can I Reduce My Risk to Malware?
