When my computer loads up I get the error "dumprep.exe" "the instruction at 0x010025a2 refrenced memory at 0xffffffff the memory could not be "read" click on to terminate the program. click on to cancerl to debug the program.
2nd I ran my avg antivirus, super anti spyware, spybot, and malware anti malware to try and get rid of all the bad stuff on my desktop. Even after running all those a lot of my programs will not open up such as a few of my games and media players. Internet explorer was not loading either until I installed a newer version, and now it will open.
3rd Also, I run on satellite internet and about 4 days ago my desktop computer internet which is wired (not wireless) does not work. It says its connected but the packets sent and receive are 0. Is this malware or spyware related or something else? I click on local area connection status, click properties, click configure, general, and it says the device is working properly, but when I click the troubleshoot bar it looks like the computer is trying to load the program but it does nothing. My wireless internet works on my laptop which I am using right now. Since I cannot update any of my programs on my desktop the past few days its hard to see if updates would fix it but I dont think 4 days is to long for not updating.
Sorry for all the randomness and not explaining it to well but I am not the best with computers by any means. Hope someone on here can help, Thanks.
