Your visual basic is damaged, if it was malware this might not help, please try to uninstall MBAM, run the VB installer and then try to reinstall MBAM

That's some progress, try renaming the executable in the MBAM program folder
C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
mbam.exe yo kell.com or kell.bat
Show Hidden Folders/Files
- Open My Computer.
- Go to Tools > Folder Options.
- Select the View tab.
- Scroll down to Hidden files and folders.
- Select Show hidden files and folders.
- Uncheck (untick) Hide extensions of known file types.
- Uncheck (untick) Hide protected operating system files (Recommended).
- Click Yes when prompted.
- Click OK.
- Close My Computer.

Would you try Bitdefender in safe mode
Now reboot into Safe Mode.
This can be done tapping the F8 key as soon as you start your computer
You will be brought to a menu where you can choose to boot into safe mode.
Make sure you choose the option without networking support.
