This is popping up on my friend's computer constantly. I know it is not out of space, I suspect either spam, or maybe a setting in outlook express. I read that it had something to do with full headers what ever that means. Anyone with an answer?

Is the mail being forwarded to Outlook from an online e-mail service such as Yahoo or GMail?

I just found this by Googling "Outlook mail quota":

Follow the instructions and see how much space his e-mail takes up. This could indicate if he/she has reached the quota.
