New member fixing Mum's laptop!

Hello all!

On here in order to try and fix my Mum's new laptop. She only got it Friday and my Dad has managed to infect it with allsorts of Virus, Bugs etc! So thanks a lot Dad for introducing me to BC.com :thumbsup:

I am sure that, if after running a couple of AV and anti-spyware applications, you still have problems, our Members can help you.
