IM Mary and just seem to have some of the worst luck with pcs. I had norton and somehow go 18 viruses while it was up and running and being automatically updated. I had Macafee and got another 12. I had AVG andwell got 8 there. So now I am using E accelerators STop Sign and tada.. viruses abound!!!
I didnt download anything..just went to a few ecard sites to look for a card for my sister..then that night.. bam!!!

So could always use some pointers to prevent this from happening over and over.

I am faairly comfortable around my pc. I understand about safe mode and system restore. I have windows registry repai pro also to get rid of unwanted reg entries.

Will post y HJ log elsewhere on this site

 to mividaloca.
I would recomend downloading Avast! its a lot simpler to use, and it protects from a lot of bad viruses.

Good Luck,
