Somebody plz help me!!! I have the antivirus 360 downloaded to my computer and nothing I have done will get rid of it. I downloaded Malwarebytes but it will not let it run. I am going crazy!!! I've been trying to get it off for over 6 hours now. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My computer will not run malware bytes. It is installed but for some reason it wont run.
