BC was designed to be a center of resources for the novice---and not so novice---user, so you will find a lot of information in the Tutorials or just by reading some of the threads in the forums.
Natually, if you have a question (however simple it might be) or a problem not covered by searching the forums or tutorials, don't hesitate to post so that other members can help. Everyone began as a novice at computing, so we understand some of the perplexity you might have.
