I recently received an MP3 player as a gift. It is a Sansa sans disk clip model. When I begin dragging and dropping files, it performs this tasks easily and quickly. After around 20 or so files copied it hangs up and freezes my computer. I have (in my opinion) ample RAM (1.5gb) with Windows XP. It is little more than an aggravation but I can't figure out why it is doing this. Any tips or info would be much appreciated.
Thank you.

Corrupt file structure?

Delete everything...format it and start anew.

It should be slow (due to its small capacity) but no reason for it to lock itself up, let alone freeze the system.
