My BT home Hub is only giving me 750kbps, whereas I used to get 4mb.
I have used Malwarebytes anti-malware, Norton Internet, CCleaner and anti spyware but it's still awful.

Any ideas?

The firewall may be interferring, check to see the needed ports are opened and such. Also, networks can be manually given access rights that can limit bandwidth, make sure you dont have any Access Restrictions set on your network.
