I have a HP Photosmart printer which up until yesterday worked great. However, yesterday, after finishing a print job I got the message saying that there was a paper jam. I followed all the instructions for clearing it (open rear door, remove paper, etc), found there wasn't actually a paper jam (no paper inside anywhere) and turned my printer back on, only for it to respond with the same message about a paper jam. I have tried everything I know, even vacuuming the inside of the printer to remove any dust etc that may have been causing the problem but to no avail. Has anyone else had a similar problem, and if so, how did they solve it.

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
