Over the last month I have tried twice to restore my system but both times System Restore has failed.

The first time I didn't think much about it but as I have now tried it again and it still doesn't work I am more concerned.

I have done a search to try and find an answer but the only ones I have come across so far seem very in depth and detailed (not confident in trying any of them).

Are there any basic things I should try first.

I apologise if this has been covered before (point me in the direction of any relevant posts lol) but would welcome any help
