I am having a problem downloading any document sent to my yahoo account. When i click on "download" nothing happens, just a beep sound and that's it. Also, i cannot attach any document when i send out an email as the "browse" function is missing. When i click on attach the browse function does not come up so i cannot attach any document. All these started recently. Can anyone help me please? Thank you

Try this:
Hold down the ctrl key at the same time you click to open or save an attachment.
Also, do the same thing when you click on attach.
If you are able to download and attach, then your pop-up blocker is over-active.
You'll need to allow pop-ups from your Yahoo mail.
To do this you will need to go through the motions of attempting to download.
When it doesn't happen, look on the bottom of the page for a notification that a pop-up was blocked.
You may have to hover your mouse over the icons on the page to find the correct one.
If you don't see options, right click on the icon. You should be able to allow pop-ups from the site.
