Hello, my computer is having a problem as of late that i cant seem to fix. I can usually take pretty good care of it, keep it clean of worms, trojans, viruses, etc. But as of late, this problem has been affecting my gameplay or movie viewing, and even typing sessions. When im playing a game, i could be in the middle of something and the game will just minimize for no reason. It does this all the time. When i am typing like i am currently typing, the program i have running (aol), will turn into a background program ass if something else has popped up in front of it, but nothing has. What is this?

You might be loaded with malware.

Download, install, update and run the Microsoft Antispyware Beta: http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/s...re/default.mspx

Allow it to fix what it finds.

Then reboot and run two or more of the following web based malware scans using IE (needs active X so Firefox will not work with it).

Web based online Antivirus and anti-malware scans: (these can be run regardless of whatever else you are using. You must use Internet Explorer to run these.)

Panda Activescan (IE only)

Trend Micro antivirus and malware scan:

Etrust Anti-virus web scanner

Kaspersky Anti-Virus Web Scanner

Somebody please help.. This is starting to become very annoying.. I've run an A squared search, spybot, ad aware, mcafee, spysubtract, counterspy, spysweeper and xoftspy. Yet when they scan they dont pick up anything..

Each malware ap will pick up different things.

If the aps we tried so far haven't been successful, particularly the Microsoft Beta and the web based anti-malware scans, it is time for you to install Hijack This and post the HTL as per the directions on this forum.
